Ralph picked up this game in his quest to bring quality games back to Reno. Both of us were attracted to it's nice bits, and to the fact that it's a tile-laying-game-so-it-must-be-good.

I was doing well at the start, but fell behind in acquiring exhibits. Ralph just started outbidding me for many exhibits. He was getting frustrated because he couldn't place them optimally for exhibits, but it turned out that just having them helped create loops for additional points.

Ralph was afraid that the bidding aspect wouldn't work well for two people. I thought it worked well enough, but I could see that it'd be more engaging with more people.

Ralph said that comments on the Net say that everyone should get the same amount of money each turn, instead of equal to the number of tiles in their zoos, to prevent a runaway leader. However, I think that equally strong players won't run into such a problem.

Overall, this is a fun game, and I look forward to playing it some more.
