Celtica is a resource management game with a Celtic theme.
Players start with a hand of five druid cards.
Players move one of five druids during their turn along a linear track. The number of spaces moved is the number of cards played of the matching color.
Spaces can confer pieces of amulets, steal pieces of one's amulets, or a druid card that must be used on the player's next turn.
The goal is to get all the pieces to complete an amulet. The more amulets completed, the better.
The game has high production values, with a beautiful board, thick cardboard toens for the amulet pieces, wooden druid tokens, and playing cards.
